The legal bit:

1. Eligibility.

Our promotion is open to all UK mainland (this excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) residents, who are aged 18 or over. Employees and the families of Karndean Designflooring, its subsidiary companies, advertising agency and sales promotion consultants, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion are excluded.

2. One free cleaning kit per purchase of Palio Express by Karndean flooring is allowed. Not to be used in conjunction with any other Palio Express by Karndean promotion.

3. Karndean accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.

4. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion but will not publish them or provide them to any other third party without your permission.

5. This promotion is strictly subject to availability. Karndean reserve the right to cancel the promotion at any time without notice in its absolute discretion.

6. If the Promoter suspects any abuse of the above rules it reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. There is no cash alternative.  Returns and refunds are not accepted.

8. The cleaning kits are not for resale.

9. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
